A map of Warwickshire produced by John Speed (1551/2-1629) and published in 1630. Birmingham and its surrounding villages can be seen in the top left (see below). There are also detailed maps of the towns of Warwick (Warwicke) and Coventry (Coventree). An original is held at Boston Public Library and can be viewed here.
